Customer representative with Russian

POLASSETS Sp. z o.o. is a financial and real estate brokerage company. We specialize in service of foreigners working in Poland and Poles abroad, who want to invest in the country. We offer credit products, real estates and investment strategies based on the property market.
We are currently looking for motivated people who will be responsible for serving Russian-speaking clients.
Your tasks:
- Support for Russian-speaking clients in the scope of the company’s offer
- Acquiring new customers through channels developed by the company
- Conducting training and webinars
- Managing social-media profiles
- Support in development of company`s marketing strategy

Our expectations:
- A general understanding of the real estate and financial industry
- Experience in working with a client (not necessarily in the financial industry)
- Secondary or higher education (students are welcome)
- Very good knowledge of Russian
- Good knowledge of Polish
- Command in MS Office
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to think out-of-the-box
